England safely through as group winners in FIFA U-20 World Cup in South Korea.

Lewis Cook - who captained the Three Lions in their first two games - watched on from the bench in Suwon as Keiran Dowell swept home a 56th-minute strike to settle a game England could have won by more.

The result sees England skip above the hosts in the final standings in Group A, with their second round opponents still to be worked out as the other groups reach their conclusions.

England do know however, that their round of 16 match will take place on Wednesday 31st May in Jeonju - the scene of their first two matches in the tournament.
