Jefferson Lerma and Colombia will be in the knockout stages of the Copa America after a 1-0 win over Qatar in the group stage.
Lerma remained on the bench for the game in Sao Paulo with Duvan Zapata latching onto a James Rodriguez cross to steer his 86th-minute header home and confirm La Tricolor's progress as group winners.

The result follows the 2-0 win over Argentina which started the group stage - Lerma picking up an assist from the bench - with Colombia next facing Paraguay on Sunday.
Colombia are the first club to ensure their passage through to the quarter-finals, with the nation's first knockout game to take place back in Sao Paulo on Friday week.
