Select your seat for away games

AFC Bournemouth have become the first Premier League club to offer a 'pick your seat' option for all supporters when booking away games online.

Previously, the facility had only been available to general admission fans, but following discussion with the club’s disability focus group and equality focus group, it is now also accessible for wheelchair users and ambulant disabled supporters.

In the past, disabled supporters have had to phone or visit the Vitality Stadium ticket office to request an amenity accessible seat or, if booking a wheelchair accessible seat, booked via a wheelchair accessible event.

However, the changes introduced will allow all supporters to access tickets via the same away stadium map, improving the booking experience for disabled supporters and reducing wait times.

The club recently trialled this approach for the forthcoming away fixture at Manchester City and have since made some further improvements following feedback from disabled supporters and members of its equality focus group.

The new service is fully operational and in place with immediate effect, meaning tickets for the Cherries’ Premier League trips to Tottenham and Manchester United can be booked in this way.

As always, the club welcomes any feedback on this new option, which can be emailed to tickets@afcb.co.uk.
