Leading until the closing stages, Joshua King's Norway couldn't hold on for a win as they drew 2-2 with Romania in their latest Euros 2020 qualifier.

King started the match in Oslo and was in the thick of the action in the first half, skewering a shot just wide before being well denied by 'keeper Ciprian Tatarusanu after being sent through on goal.

Goalless at the break, the match swung in the home side's favour when goals from Tarik Elyounoussi and Martin Odegaard had Norway two goals to the good with less than 15 minutes to play.

However, Claudiu Keseru pulled one back and then deep into injury time was able to control and play home a team-mate's shot to claim a point.

The result leaves Norway five points adrift of the top two qualification places - currently held by Spain and Sweden - after three games in Group F, though Norway's performances in the Nations League mean they are guaranteed at least a play-off spot for the competition.
