Junior Stanislas scored a magical goal to open the scoring, before Onel Hernandez struck in the second-half to dire to Canaries level.
But Steve Cook scored after 72 minutes and despite some late pressure, the defender's strike was enough to secure the Cherries' passage to the Carabao Cup quarter final.
