AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

The gap has closed at the top of the AFC Bournemouth fan league in Fantasy Premier League, with just eight points now separating Joel Tesafi in first place and Endre Berg Leiren in second.

Nevertheless, Joel did still bag 40 points in Gameweek 30, with Cherries’ ‘keeper Artur Boruc kicking off proceedings in goal with six for his clean sheet.

In front of him, Joel’s defence had a woeful week, with four points between the three of them, while in midfield both Paul Pogba and Heung-Min Son scored one each.

However, the points came from the likes of Mo Salah, who bagged five, and Eden Hazard, scoring ten, while Sergio Aguero as captain also hit double figures.

However, with 71 points, Endre is hot on his heels and benefited from Raheem Sterling’s hat-trick against Watford, the winger totalling 21 points.

Also in his midfield were Salah and Luka Milivojevic, one assist and one goal between the two of them.

Up top, Jamie Vardy was also a good pick after the former England international bagged twice against Fulham and finished with 16 points to his name.

Ones to watch

Callum Wilson

Callum Wilson made his return from injury in the 2-0 win over Huddersfield last weekend and didn’t disappoint the 13.4% of users who picked him in their team.

The striker now has 26 points in his last three gameweeks (21, 23 and 30) and, having come through the game unscathed, looks set to be up for selection again in the final week before the international break.

Ryan Fraser

Another goal and another assist for Ryan Fraser against Huddersfield makes him a no brainer for Fantasy Premier League users.

Following his weekend tally of 13, he is the highest scoring Cherries player on the game this season, now with 141 points in total.

The winger’s assist against Huddersfield took him to double figures for the season, as he now sits on ten. Additionally, he has become the first Scottish player to get ten assists in a single Premier League season.
